We were looking for a new patio door and window for our in-progress loft conversion, and having done our research decided we wanted some 'in-window' blinds. Turns out they aren't that common, so reached out to a number of potential suppliers. Urban Windows were the only ones to respond quickly, fully and made us comfortable from the start. Prices were good, and they worked with us and the loft installers to deliver and fit on a day that suited us. Was a challenging fit, as the loft installers hadn't removed a brace correctly, so the hole wasn't the right size, but got that sorted and the door and window (which were exactly the right size) were fitted that day. Very happy with the result, and the blinds look great. Door locks are top-notch. When the loft conversion is done, and savings re-filled, we plan to replace some other aging windows, so will be coming to Urban again.
