Amazing service from start to finish from Urban Windows. Preferred to use a local company rather than the big companies as if there are any problems (which there isn’t) Urban will deal with it quickly and efficiently, in a friendly manner rather than brushing you off. We had double glazing replaced which was 20 years old. The work took a week as we had a veranda fitted as well by their sister company. Because we believe in hiring local businesses to complete work Urban was the first name in the frame. Any snags we had were completed very quickly and to our satisfaction.

Adrian was great and understood our requirements. We visited the showroom and where able to see the products we were considering which was great.
The quality of the products are excellent and really look good. The installation did throw up a few snags, but everything was sorted promptly and to our satisfaction.

Installed three bedroom windows with internal blinds, saving space in the window and meaning we don't have to clean the blinds. Initial contact was great, listened to what we wanted and suggested solutions that all sides were happy with. Installation was on time and, despite issues with lintels above two windows we were warned about and worked around, final results look great and would recommend.

The initial consultation with Adrian was simple and relaxed. Installation was organised in a good time frame, the sales team were efficient with their communication. The fitters were friendly and professional, completed the job in good time and left no mess behind.

We had windows replaced and French doors installed. Adrian took a lot of trouble to ensure wewould get what we wanted. The installers were efficient, considerate and pleasant, and did an excellent job. They themselves noticed a colour discrepancy in a panel below the living room window and arranged to replace it. Veryy happy with the results.

Urban Windows supplied and fit patio door with internal blinds, and additional window, in our new loft conversion. Price was competitive, fitting was on time and done well, and minor issue with broken blind track was fixed promptly with no issue as soon as possible after public holidays for Xmas period. Hardware is good quality, and fitters and other members of staff were polite and efficient.

Removed old door and disposal. No problems with estimation, installation and aftercare (they did have to come back to change the door as there was a mark on the outer side which could not be removed) Excellent service and communications throughout. We were looking for a new patio door and window for our in-progress loft conversion, and having done our research decided we wanted some 'in-window' blinds. Turns out they aren't that common, so reached out to a number of potential suppliers. Urban Windows were the only ones to respond quickly, fully and made us comfortable from the start. Prices were good, and they worked with us and the loft installers to deliver and fit on a day that suited us. Was a challenging fit, as the loft installers hadn't removed a brace correctly, so the hole wasn't the right size, but got that sorted and the door and window (which were exactly the right size) were fitted that day. Very happy with the result, and the blinds look great. Door locks are top-notch. When the loft conversion is done, and savings re-filled, we plan to replace some other aging windows, so will be coming to Urban again.

Complete renewal of all Windows & Doors. Work was completed to the agreed budget & schedule. We chose this company due to the excellent sales person we spoke to and the style of windows and doors on display. On any minor issues these were rectified quickly and efficiently. Excellent product and price and the service was outstanding. I called into the showroom in Clay Cross to have a look at their product range and to see what their time frame was to get 2 windows made. I dealt with Billy and he talked me through the different window types, openings and legal requirements etc. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and not at all pushy. I decided straight away to buy from him but explained my situation and that I really needed them urgently for my Dad. I fully expected it to take weeks as I know how busy all the trades are at the moment and some places aren't even interested with the small jobs. Billy didn't make any promises but said that he would do his 'very best' to have them to me by the end of the following week. He called and emailed over the few days to keep me in the loop with time frames and sure enough I got a call the next Thursday to say they were ready. They were delivered first thing the Friday morning exactly when he said they would be. I only spoke briefly with 3 other staff members besides Billy but each one was equally as helpful and friendly and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Firstly, the staff were fab. Surveyor checked out the situation. All details logged like position of letterbox, colour of handles, open in or out etc. Huge choice of door colour and glass. My house was built in the 70s so chose glass depicting 70s style. Door opens and closes sooo smoothly. I love it! V reasonably priced too. Great showroom on my doorstep. Visit them today folks!! Having recently moved into a new home, I contacted Urban Windows to provide a quote for 2 new composite doors and a replacement kitchen window.
I was very happy with the quote I received and I can’t fault the service I got at any stage. I never felt pressured before committing to the work and once I gave the go ahead the fitting team were pleasant, helpful and completed the job to a very high standard.
I’m especially pleased with my fabulous new composite doors, which have transformed the look of my home and made me feel much more secure.

Having decided to have our windows replaced I got a few quotes and urban windows came out on top for price being quite a lot cheaper. Everybody we dealt with along the way where lovely and very professional. It didn’t take long to get an appointment to fit my windows and I am extremely happy with the final results.
