Excellent product and price and the service was outstanding. I called into the showroom in Clay Cross to have a look at their product range and to see what their time frame was to get 2 windows made. I dealt with Billy and he talked me through the different window types, openings and legal requirements etc. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and not at all pushy. I decided straight away to buy from him but explained my situation and that I really needed them urgently for my Dad. I fully expected it to take weeks as I know how busy all the trades are at the moment and some places aren't even interested with the small jobs. Billy didn't make any promises but said that he would do his 'very best' to have them to me by the end of the following week. He called and emailed over the few days to keep me in the loop with time frames and sure enough I got a call the next Thursday to say they were ready. They were delivered first thing the Friday morning exactly when he said they would be. I only spoke briefly with 3 other staff members besides Billy but each one was equally as helpful and friendly and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Firstly, the staff were fab. Surveyor checked out the situation. All details logged like position of letterbox, colour of handles, open in or out etc. Huge choice of door colour and glass. My house was built in the 70s so chose glass depicting 70s style. Door opens and closes sooo smoothly. I love it! V reasonably priced too. Great showroom on my doorstep. Visit them today folks!! Installed three bedroom windows with internal blinds, saving space in the window and meaning we don't have to clean the blinds. Initial contact was great, listened to what we wanted and suggested solutions that all sides were happy with. Installation was on time and, despite issues with lintels above two windows we were warned about and worked around, final results look great and would recommend.
