Very courteous and professional throughout from measuring to fitting. Would recommend and use again. Good value, competitive pricing.

Amazing service from start to finish from Urban Windows. Preferred to use a local company rather than the big companies as if there are any problems (which there isn’t) Urban will deal with it quickly and efficiently, in a friendly manner rather than brushing you off. Can’t speak highly enough this company.

From our initial contact to the finished installation Urban Windows proved they have confidence in their products and their workforce. The ethos of the company was clear to see when we visited the factory and also when the installation team arrived early on the first day of installation until they had completed the installation. Their attention to detail is exceptional.

The initial consultation with Adrian was simple and relaxed. Installation was organised in a good time frame, the sales team were efficient with their communication. The fitters were friendly and professional, completed the job in good time and left no mess behind.
Laura Chambers
Amazing service from start to finish. Right from the beginning getting a quote to completion of installation. We are extremely happy with the overall service and finish! Would recommend highly to anyone.
